I cannot say enough good things about this location of CD Cleaners! I typically only dry clean dresses and bedding but have found myself looking for reasons to dry clean more because I enjoy their customer service so much! Great service, and quality pricing, while parking is very challenging.

I've been a customer here for a while, and I've had good experiences with some of the workers. Crystal and one of the younger Black women who work there, for example, are fantastic and give great customer service. However, there have been problems. Some of my clothes have been returned with stains and damages, and a few times, my clothes haven't been ready due to equipment malfunction (which wasn't communicated until I went to retrieve my clothing). Also, please beware of the manager who is rude, and will cavalierly insist on donating clothes that have been there for 30 days WITHOUT trying to contact the owner, and will instead point to the policy with a "that's what you get" attitude. It is for those reasons that I've been in the market for a new dry cleaner. While conveniently located, I can't patronize a business that doesn't look out for loyal customers.

There always seems to be a bit of drama at this location but your staff are the BEST! They deal with the neighborhood chaos so well. They should all get raises. I wish you had better parking- my only real complaint about this location, and the honest reason why I don’t go there more often.

If frequent this location weekly out of “convenience”. I’ve received clothes back with stains, credit card machine breaks but I continued to come, because the black young lady is the ONLY person who greets EVERYONE with a smile. Today, the attitude from the manager was the cherry on top. Her lack of compassion was disgusting and disrespectful. As a business owner myself, I understand that unforeseen circumstances out of your control happen but I understand that my clients keep me in business and I try to accommodate them the best way I can. MOST people don’t want a financial compensation but would much feel like the business values them as a customer. When I explained this to the manager she literally looked me in the face and disregarded what I said. I have NEVER experienced this before. It’s obvious I will not be back and I will discontinue sending other customers there as well. How are you in a customer service business but lack customer service skills.
