Pre-Inspection
Each gown is pre-inspected for any damage including rips, tears, stains, oxidation, etc... Then it's detailed to notify our spotter what to look for and what processes and stain removal procedures to use for the best cleaning results possible.

Cleaning
We will ensure that we clean your gown as safely as possible within our parameters without causing damage to the dress.

Post-Inspection
Each gown then goes through a thorough inspection after cleaning to verify all soil and stains are removed.

Pressing
Each gown is then ironed either by hand or by finishing equipment designed for optimal results on wedding gowns.

Secured In Box
We carefully place the dress in our Wedding Dress Preservation Box using a bust form along with ribbons to keep the gown secured in place.

Shrink Wrapped and Heat Sealed
Your gown is then inspected once again by a manager and then shrink wrapped and heat sealed. This process ensures no moisture preventing future problems like yellowing or oxidation.
