If you’re interested in learning more about how to open a dry cleaning and laundry business with our brand, while building a future for yourself, contact us in the form at the bottom of this screen and we’ll send over some helpful information that will inform our discussions. You’ll also receive our FDD at the right time, so you will have all the important details you’ll need to make this important decision.
The initial term of your agreement is ten years, with one subsequent successor agreement options of ten years each.
Franchise owners will contribute 3% of gross revenues into the brand marketing fund. The collected funds will be used to develop marketing strategies to promote the CD One Price Cleaners brand and cover the creative costs to develop brand marketing materials and campaigns. You’ll be required to spend $10,000-$15,000 per location on Grand Opening advertising during the launch of your business.
We collect a 6.5% base royalty fee based on gross revenues, with the opportunity to earn a Royalty Rebate, which could reduce those fees to 5.5%. Fees such as this allow us to fund our ongoing support services like the continued development of franchise updates, as well as marketing tools, training programs, and systems upgrades. For a full list of fees and requirements, please refer to our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).
We do not provide direct financing at this time, but we do have contacts with several lenders that are familiar with the dry cleaning industry and the CD One Price Cleaners business model. After a review process, we have also received approval by the Small Business Administration (SBA) to list our franchise on the SBA Franchise Registry. This may help streamline the lender approval process with a local bank interested in making an SBA approved loan for a CD One Price Cleaners franchise.
